Privacy policy
Collection and use of personal data of clients, suppliers, and other contractors. Please note that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because it is necessary to enter into and execute any potential agreement with you. This applies both to our (prospective) clients and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (prospective) client, we use your data to send you an offer, to determine which specifications or requirements a particular good or service must meet, to deliver goods or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you promptly and efficiently regarding the execution aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (prospective) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for entering into and executing the agreement. For procurement, this is necessary to inform you of the specifications or requirements a particular good or service must meet in our view, to send you a request for a quote, to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you promptly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide sufficient personal data, it may mean that we are unable to perform the above-mentioned activities.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the execution of any potential agreement with you, we may need to share your personal data with parties who supply parts, materials, and products to us or perform work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing records, which include your personal data. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider. Additionally, we use Microsoft Office and its associated storage options for emails and other files. Since we also use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data is shared with the provider of this service.

Direct Marketing
If you have given us your consent, we will store and use the personal data you provided to keep you informed via email about our existing and new products and services in the future, and to potentially offer you a promotion. Each time we send you a marketing email, you will have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive these emails. Please refer to the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.
Retention Period for Personal Data
If you have requested a quote from us but have not become a client, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we have received a quote from you but have not become your client, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact.
If you have become our client or we have become yours, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement with you was fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds to the time frame within which we are required to retain our records for the Tax Authority. After this period, we will delete your personal data.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data from us. If necessary, you can also request that we supplement or correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
Additionally, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data or restrict its use. You may also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Lastly, you can request that we provide your personal data to you or transfer it to another party.
