Innovative transport system for an efficiently filled storage warehouse

We recently visited a customer where we completed a unique installation in 2020. We had the opportunity to take some photos of the machine in operation.

  • From the production area, the product is transported to the storage shed via a chevron belt.

  • Two fixed conveyor belts transport the product to a rotating conveyor belt suspended from the roof in the ridge of the warehouse.

  • This last conveyor belt can extend and retract, rotate and change direction.


What makes this installation extra special? The automatic filling system! Thanks to product height measurement on the rotating conveyor belt, the warehouse is filled completely autonomously and optimally.
