Tailor-made to the millimeter

For this project, we developed an innovative transport system that fits seamlessly between two buildings and makes optimal use of the available space. This advanced system will be operational for the first time in a few weeks.

Thanks to a clever construction and precisely designed 30-meters-long tubular frame sections, the first conveyor belt (103 meters long) runs from the quay over the roof of the shed, with only millimeters of clearance between the buildings.

The second conveyor belt, made entirely of stainless steel, hangs from the roof of the warehouse and supplies the material from the quay to the storage warehouse. This system is designed to rotate in both directions, allowing for the efficient filling of multiple warehouses.

The third conveyor belt and a dump hopper allow the product to be transported from the warehouse back to the quay. This clever design creates a circular system that optimally supports logistics, with the first conveyor belt easily reversing direction to ensure a smooth process.
