Replacing a tripper car and conveyor belt

After more than 35 years, the original installation was due for replacement.

To fully fill the warehouse, the tripper car travels on rails along the conveyor belt located at the ridge of the building. The angle of the conveyor belt beneath the tripper car is controlled using sensors and a winch, ensuring the available space is used as efficiently as possible.

Components that come into direct contact with the product are made from wear-resistant Hardox. This means the installation is ready for many more years of service.
