Work in progress: mobile crushing installation with telescopic conveyor belt

The entire installation is being constructed in stainless steel. The project is now entering its final phase, but we’re giving you a sneak peek behind the scenes.

The photos show, among other things, welding work inside the hopper, as well as the feed bunker, which is being fitted and welded onto the chassis.

Both the sliding frame and the fixed frame are being pre-assembled and joined together at our facility in Biervliet. Once completed, the full installation will be transported as one unit to the customer, where the final assembly will take place on site.
